If you could go anywhere, anytime, to develop your creative skills, where would you go?
I’d love to go back in time to study at Black Mountain College with Josef Albers, the colour king — or with Charles & Ray in the Eames office; I’m fascinated by their emphasis on “learning by doing” and their playful approach to design.
Creative pursuit other than illustration?
My biggest creative pursuit outside of illustration is all things travel-related; I love researching new places, discovering hidden gems, travel writing and photography, and soaking in all the details of a special place.
