The Nightmare of Easter

Korean-born Junghwa Park’s illustration is inspired by her home on the family farm, nature, craft, and her organic life.

“I love illustration because it has boundless communication over language and culture. I can communicate with all different kinds of people through illustration.” Drawing rabbits is one of her favourite things to do and here in the exhibition, we see her bunnies in an Easter egg hunt and battle with Plants with Bite in The Calyx!

Her work has been seen in The Washington Post and Frankie Magazine, and she has collaborated with Pottery Barn homewares. Her first children’s book While Grandpa Naps with Pow! Publishing in April this year.
