Phil Constaninesco for Qantas Spirit

Beautiful detail from Phil Constaninesco for Qantas Spirit Magazine’s Wild Card page,

The frillneck lizard has made a name for itself as one of the reptilian world’s most flamboyant species. The frill, which usually lies flat against the body, is deployed in defence – along with a wide-open mouth, hissing sound and thrashing tail to make them appear larger and more intimidating. Look out for him in March Issue of  Qantas Spirit Magazine

Thank you Nick Clark for the opportunity to draw wild card Australian wildlife every month in your pages.
