June 16, 2016 We were immediately taken by Sydney illustrator Chloe Jasmine’s delicate circles of little creatures, objects and magical forests “I have a such a love for woodland animals and the great outdoors, especially forest, lake and mountain landscapes, so these are often featured in my work. My work is also inspired by my travels, my trip to New Zealand last winter was the main source of inspiration for my current body of work. I have also just returned home from exploring Japan and with my mind full of ideas as well as countless reference photos I’m very excited to see what future work my latest trip will inspire me to create”.
A graduate of The National Art School in Sydney, Chloe works in watercolour, gouache and fine liner pen to create her drawings.
When I’m not drawing you will probably find me by the ocean at the end of my street, baking healthy desserts whilst destroying my kitchen or off on unplanned wild nature adventures.
